One of our specialties is working with clients who have loans for new construction or home renovations and need a builder who cooperates with lenders' requirements and schedules. We are also a licensed home improvement contractor in two states: New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Robert J. Coluzzi started the business in 2007 with the goal of building a construction company that stood out from the crowd and outshined the mediocre work provided by other companies. Robert focuses on professionalism, and he has created a company that homeowners and business owners alike can turn to for high-quality work and an honest approach.

Inspired by his father who has a long and extensive background in architecture, engineering, construction and real estate development, Robert started working in the construction industry when he was just 18 years old while attending college. He received a degree in accounting from La Salle University in Philadelphia. He became a certified public accountant focusing much of his time on real estate development, management and construction industries.
